Lapin now offers non-warranty PC desktop and laptop repair, custom/turnkey PC-building, and PC-centric consulting/support services.

Our goal is to provide a respected and friendly local option to serve as many customers as possible, including Mac, PC, and hybrid users, with personal attention and an expanded array of service and support offerings.

While we do not offer manufacturer warranty services for any non-Apple PC brands (most already offer direct-to-consumer onsite repair services), we do offer the following for brands such as Dell, Alienware, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, MSI, and many others:

• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and non-warranty hardware repair/replacement
• Malware & virus scanning, removal, and prevention
• New PC setup and configuration
• Data recovery, transfer, and migration
• PC-replacement facilitation and custom system building
• Remote & onsite consulting and troubleshooting services for supported software and hardware
• Wireless network design, support, and troubleshooting in PC, Mac, or hybrid environments
• VPN and NAS support

Repair estimates are sent for customer approval prior to any repair work being completed or replacement parts being ordered, unless any/all issues can be resolved within the prepaid diagnostic window.
