According to Apple, the Premium Service Provider (PSP) designation means that a company “has demonstrated its commitment to premium service and technical excellence.”
Recently, Apple changed its performance measurement period for designating PSPs from 6-months to 12 months. As of this morning, Lapin is proud to announce that we have again been named an Apple Premium Service Provider (one of only two in the Chicagoland area), this time for all of 2013!
